New Apple iPad commercial & VLC in the App Store?

Practically the same day that Apple rolls out a new commercial for iPad, stating that iPad is Music, iPad is Medicine, Learning, Teaching & many other things, the news that VLC could be available as early as next week...we'll see.

VLC has been ported to the iPad by Aplidium getting the OK of the VideoLAN team. The app is currently in submission with Apple and is awaiting approval.

VLC (Video LAN Client) a popular open source media player for Mac among.OUt supports a wide variety of video formats as well as streaming video. It's possible that the release for iPad could be as early as next week.
